    The Chamber organizes a discussion  circle entitled "The relationship between the lawyer and the trainee"
    discussion circle  entitled "The relationship between the lawyer and the trainee," was held and  hosted by the East Chamber evening of Monday, March 7, 2016 regarding the need to prepare a generation of lawyers  with the  biggest amount of efficiency.
    The chairman deputy  of the committee of lawyers and legal advisers  Mr. Salman Al Amri during  managing the discussion circle, which reviewed important subjects  that are: mechanism of  training and its domain , and the lawyer  trainee relationship, and their commitment, in addition to the training program, that the  fresh lawyer should  work as a trainee at a law firm before practicing  so he is able to acknowledge many details needed in his work, but  he will not be able to learn  unless from professors who have famous names and  status in the legal sector, noting that the training period may extend to more than a year, according to  the academic degree. Amri said that the trainee lawyer can develop himself and his abilities when he is in one of the well-known law firms, where he is coached   by experts  who will provide them with the needed experience pointing to the need that the relationship between the lawyer and the trainee must  be a relationship dominated by fellowship and the profession morals, with the possibility of enjoying monthly financial reward  for his work in the office under the agreement of the two parties   Amri stressed the need for the trainee lawyer to be committed to the professional and personal behavior with the principles of honor, honesty and integrity, and that is all the duties imposed by the law and of the profession and  its traditions, pointing to the important criteria about knowing how to practice the profession  by its origins, traditions, morality, and that  only come from training in a law office  that has the experience ,competence and the good reputation, and that the Office should be working in all fields of law so that the trainee gets to acquire general and detailed knowledge  then specialize later as he wishes, and also there should be working  in the office a sufficient number of lawyers and advisers in order to have a chance to give the trainee the time needed to start his career and experience, and they should have the efficiency and commitment, and the training  must be observed  by  a balanced  character and has the ability to assist in the search and give advice on how to deal with issues and writing legal memos, contracts, and how to examine the claims and case management in General.
